  • A meals-only Guest registration is available. ‘Guests’ are non-technicians wishing to share meals with the group, but will not attend classes.
  • Separate hotel reservations are due by February 20th to guarantee room.

* CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation received before Feb. 21st (2 weeks prior) - 100% refund of fees paid.
  2. Cancellation received by Feb. 28th (1 week prior) - 50% refund of fees paid.
  3. Cancellation received within 1 week of the seminar start - There is no refund.
The SCRC board has the power to make exceptions to this policy for exigent circumstances.
